All rates are subject to change and to a 11.25% Hawaii excise and
hotel tax. Deposits or payments should be made by cash, check
or money order.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival; 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas bookings. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are required for a full refund, 60 days at Christmas. Monthly rates are available on some accommodations. Housekeeping service is available on request. Security deposit: $1000.
Minimum stay of one week during non-holiday periods.
